Perhaps... and this may be far fetched. But, perhaps you've experienced a sex change. I hear things like that happen all the time. One minute a man is using a urinal, the next second he's got urine all over his pants because something has changed and definitely appeared different.
Tough to say for sure. But you can be safe with assuming that's the reason.

What exactly did you see in your pants? My guess is that you saw nudity which is what you should expect to see anytime you look into pants, no matter who they belong to.
