I would want to be a half man half horse... but not a centaur. I'd want the top half to be a horse, and the bottom to be a man. Then I could recreate the show mister ed.

I would be half-man, half Aberham Lincoln because that man understood the value of a hard earned log cabin. I would use my powerful presence and persuasive speeches to persuade young people to take charge of their lives and end slavery. I would do it right up to end of my life, when a half-man, half John Wilks Booth shot me.
If I could be half-man, half animal... I would probably choose to be David Copperfield for the half-man part, and a bald eagle for the half-animal part. Mainly because I would be a magician, so I could do some sweet magic, but also because I could pull myself out of a hat, and then fly off into the crowd. The crowd would probably catch on quick to the magic trick though, because they would notice my legs (bald eagle legs) and my arms (bald eagle wings). Either way though it would be cool. I would fly around the world, maybe to the moon, and perform magic tricks there that you could view through a very strong telescope. Amen.
