I will never be happy with any President of the United States... until the President of the United States... is a midget, like myself. And no, I do not think that president obama is doing a very good job. His presidency will never satisfy my needs, like a Snickers bar can.
Honest Haamid,
This is a very great question indeed. First off... I would like to say, that I am a great example, when it comes to patriotism. I love the United States of America and what it originally stood for. But Haamid, times have changed, presidents are no longer what they were. For example... presidents in this day and age care more for their popularity just like how a celebrity cares about their popularity. They want to be on the cover of magazines, participate in talk shows, and drink some beers with a cop and a professor. All in all, being the President of the United States has become more of a popularity contest... as opposed to a "Who's going to lead this country in the right direction and allow it's people financial freedom. And also freedom from oppression."... That my friend is what it was originally all about. Freedom. But now we get to sit back and watch the government rape our income, by putting high taxes on what we make... all the while making things worse as far as the economy is concerned. If this country is ever going to get back to what it originally stood for, it's going to need a change in it's structure... no more corrupt politicians that sit around and make up bills/laws that will affect the tax payers negatively. No more tax money being wasted on their salaries... allow the citizens to make the choices, let the majority rule. Don't allow some puppets to decide where this country is going to go, and how it's going to get there. That my friend is how I see it. Just keep this in mind Haamid:
"Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln
Hopefully this will help you understand the view point of a 58 year old man, that has lived to see many things... and hopes to see better things happen before the end of his days.
Sincerely,
Casanova J.
