Killing yourself is probably the easiest, or getting someone else to kill you who hates you, incase it's too hard to go through with it yourself. Once you are dead your cancer will stop growing along with everything else that you are. Then you will go before God to be judged and he will decide if you go to heaven or hell. If you are the evil type you might want to take some time to clean up your act, so this might actually be a harder way to get rid of your cancer, if you are evil. If you are good, then just die and all will be well.
I eat cancer along with diseases for breakfast... my body breaks them down and destroys them, which only makes me stronger. Make it a goal to be like me. And you'll find that nothing can stand in your way.
On a serious note, grow some sutherlandia frutescens (dubbed the cancer bush), after it grows and blooms take the branches and leaves and boil them to make a tea. It is used in South Africa for treating AIDS and cancer and is said to cure both... It is also said that the leaves lose potency if you wait too long after you pluck them from the plant. There is a South African Shaman named Credo Mutwa that uses this plant to treat cancer and AIDS.
