I remember finding a lump in my anus once. It was weird. After hours of examining it, I came to the conclusion that it wasn't just an ordinary lump. But it was in fact a baby. How it got in my anus is beyond me though. All I remember is going to some abortion clinic... sitting down, next thing I know I have the lump. Anyways... If I were you I would avoid needle nose pliers and settle with scissors. Cut that thing out before it eats your anus.
