Well, I'm pretty sure he's Italian so that means his last name has to start with a "Di". And he also has a mustache, so I assume that the italian word for mustache "Mustachio" is also in there. So most likely his full name is Mario DiMustachio-Stromboli-Boiardi-Fetuccini-Alfredo.
