The question here is not why, but which hobo to eat first. We must develop a system of hobo selection that harvests them at the optimal time when their flavor and nutritional value is at its greatest.

This makes a lot of sense because it will also get the hobos off of the streets. So that solves all of the worlds problems with one stone.
